How I Work


I meet the majority of my clients face to face but also do some telephone coaching.


Sessions are between 60 and 90 minutes. During the first session we work together to understand the issues and how coaching might fit in. Depending on the complexity of the issues we agree on a number of sessions and on the goals for the coaching programme.


Sessions are usually held every 3-4 weeks but this is flexible to client needs. Each session will end with the client agreeing a number of action points that they will take forward before we meet again.


At subsequent sessions progress is reviewed and the goals are constantly re-shaped. Sometimes there is contact between sessions by e-mail or phone
